Capital
Approval-in-Principle ceiling first. Then CPF positioning, cash reserves, and financing headroom — what you actually have to work with, stress-tested.

Where each asset sits in its lifecycle, the natural next move, and how it eventually leaves the portfolio. Entry and exit planned together.
