- Week 5 , Restructuring & ABSD. When transferring ownership saves more than the cost.
- Week 6 , New launches vs resale. The progressive payment math, deferred payment, why "discount" misleads.
- Week 7 , Yield investing. Rental yield by district, dual-key, co-living, leasehold tail.
- Week 8 , Portfolio Q&A. Each student presents their plan; cohort + Winfred review.
